The West London Wine School Terms & Conditions

• Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all courses and tastings must be paid for in advance.
• All bookings are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event date. If a refund is requested more than 55 days after purchase date, the full amount will be refunded less a 5% Administration Charge.
• Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, you may, if you are unable to attend a course/tasting, send a substitute, or receive a refund voucher that may be used for payment against another course/tasting.
• Within 2 weeks of the event, you may, if you are unable to attend a course, send a substitute. No refunds will be provided.
• If you do not attend a booked course or event, no refund will apply except under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of West London Wine School.
• If you are booked on the 8-week Introductory World of Wine Course, or the 4-week Regional Course – if you elect to miss an evening (minimum 3 working days notice) you may either send a substitute, pick up the missed session on a subsequent Course, or obtain a credit value valid against any of our WLWS Courses and Tastings.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or event.
• For Corporate & Private Tastings a deposit of 50% is payable 30 days prior to Tasting date.
• We reserve the right to ask any person to leave any event if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to others.
• We do not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18.
